This creative and entrepreneurial firm are looking to recruit a senior non-contentious construction lawyer to build on an existing platform and raise their profile. You will have all the autonomy and support you need, including a strong internal referral network, to build your own reputation, and with a well-structured and transparent salary and bonus structure you will be well rewarded for your efforts.
You will be an experienced construction lawyer with a good network of contacts, and ideally you will have some following although you will not be expected to be self-financing. You will ideally be comfortable playing an active role in business development and marketing as you will play a key role in servicing existing clients and developing new business.
You will be dealing with a broad range of predominantly non-contentious construction matters on behalf of a wide ranging client base including contractors, developers, RSLs and public sector clients.
With fantastic new offices in Dorset, the firm have the commitment and the space to double in size in the next few years.
You will be working as part of a highly motivated team, in a beautiful part of the Country with the countryside on your doorstep.

Flexible working will also be considered for this position but it is important you are able to spend some time each week in the office in order to maintain (and enhance) the team culture which is at the heart of the firm.
