Job Description:

Our Support Engineers are a very important position in the business, as the first point of contact for clients, must give the best experience to users. You'll will be responsible for general user support but you'll be exposed to different environments and systems and become competent in escalating and resolving issues beyond standard Level 1/Helpdesk tasks. We run projects for our clients and there will be varied and exciting oppotunities to challenge and engage you as well as potential to travel within the UK and possibly abroad.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years' experience in an IT support role and a great can-do attitude and desire to learn is vital.

The successful candidate joining our growing IT team should be confident & polite, flexible (able to work occasional overtime and travel at short notice); must have good communications skills and should have a passion to develop and learn new skills.

Within months the succesful candidate could mould this opportunity into a perfect role for themselves.

Desired technical knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Office 365 & Exchange online;
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows 7 - 10; Windows server 2016/2019;
  • Reasonable understanding of networking concepts and services such as DNS and DHCP;
  • Practical knowledge and experience in problem-solving strategies;
  • Understanding of SLA's;
  • Andriod/iOS support;
  • Active Directory & Security best practice;

This role is based in Sevenoaks (TN13) right next to the Sevenoaks train station and candidates should be reasonably local.
