My leading, Leicester-based client seeks a Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst - with or without existing commercial experience - to work predominantly from home.

Providing desktop support to both onsite and remote users, over the phone and in person, the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be joining a friendly 1st and 2nd line support team, supporting approximately 800 users.
