This is a fixed term role, 25 hours per week. This role is part of the DWP Kickstart Scheme. To be eligible, applicants must be aged between 18-24 and in receipt of Universal Credits.DirectID is an exciting FinTech on a mission to help business leverage the power of bank data across the globe. By providing tools to help onboard customers easily and delivering next-generation financial analysis solutions, we enable businesses to tackle common challenges such as credit risk, affordability and fraud.

This role will be joining our existing 4 person Marketing tea. The role will involve looking at our database of 30,000+ contacts, inputting and managing data on fields such as geography, sector, job title and status. This will entail
  • Data input
  • Data management
  • Working with the Campaign Manager & Marketing Manager to identify contacts
  • Assisting the Campaign Manager with contact identification
  • Updating sectors and fields either blank or are incorrectly labelled
  • Running reports through HubSpot to identify data quality
  • Assisting the Marketing team with the design and implementation of Marketing campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic IT skills in MS Word and Excel
