A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs fastest growing e-commerce startups. Snag is on a mission to bring clothing that fits to the whole world, and we need a Paid Media Executive to join our award-winning team.

Reporting into our Head of Customer Acquisition, you'll support our paid media activities across the full range of our digital channels - Facebook, PPC, Youtube, TikTok and Pinterest. Your role will be to create, manage and optimise acquisition campaigns on various platforms, bringing the message of our revolutionary product to the entire globe. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial, as well as a data-led, analytical approach to decision-making. Working closely with the Head of Customer Acquisition and collaborating with the wider marketing team, this role will be a pivotal component of achieving overall business growth as paid media channels are crucial to the brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign set up and activation according to best practices
  • Ad copywriting and paid social ads creation
  • Supporting in day-to-day campaign maintenance, optimisation and refinement over time to maximise ROAS and keep a profitable CPA
  • Reporting results against KPIs and basic data analysis to spot opportunities & areas for improvement
  • Confidence with working to big budgets and the ability to track and report on spend vs sales
  • Supporting in performance analysis, strategic planning, research and innovation to continuously grow and diversify accounts
  • Research into new markets and channels for growth


  • Must have experience with creating and optimising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager
  • Feel confident with working with daily budgets of over £20K+

Snag is a 100% digital company - we don't have an office and we don't do meetings. You can set your own hours and work from wherever you like (as long as the wifi is good enough). The location for the job is listed as England because LinkedIn won't let us select the whole country, but we welcome applications from anywhere in the UK (or overseas!)
