Customer Success Advisor

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE + Benefits


Nobul are working in partnership with a rapid growth Manchester-based SaaS business that are looking to expand their team and hire a skilled professional to join their customer success team as a Customer Success Advisor. They provide a unique solution that allows brands in the FMCG sector to identify issues and take action when it matters.

This person will need to be tech-savvy and comfortable working closely with clients to help them solve their technical issues.

You will be responsible for:
  • Manage a variety of requests from customers - these range from simple queries to complex incidents, reported via telephone calls, online chat, emails or online support tickets
  • Establish and maintain a high degree of product expertise
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical related issues
  • Take responsibility for resolving issues working closely with the product team
  • Be fully involved in significant software improvement projects

Successful candidates must be
  • Tech Savvy - Experience supporting a bespoke application (preferably SaaS)
  • Confident & engaging
  • Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
  • An exceptional communicator
  • A Strong team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with drive and ambition to meet & exceed targets
