Due to a newly created role there is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) to join a large English faculty with prolific teaching and strong leadership.

You will be responsible for teaching English at Key Stages 3-4 and there will be the chance to team teach and develop your KS5 experience also.

The English department has 7 teachers including an AST and excellent Head of Department. Last year 74% of students gained A-C grades at GCSE with many students choosing to study the subject at A-level.

As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to teach English in a stable and supportive department whilst be encourage to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

The school also offers a comprehensive support package for your NQT induction year and will have at least 3 graduate teachers across all departments joining in summer.
