Information about the school
Parkside Community Primary School is a small, growing, happy school on the outskirts of Canterbury. We have a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures within our school and this greatly enriches and enhances our school community.
Our pupils benefit from small classes and a high level of teaching assistant support in every class. After some testing years, we now have a new leadership team in place and the school is showing greatly improved results. We have been able to make significant improvements to, and investments in, our school site and we have an exciting future ahead.
At Parkside, we greatly value outdoor learning and are working towards improving a range of outdoor learning environments, including our own forest school area. We are also benefitting from the next phase of an upcoming building program which will ensure our buildings will be of the same high standard as the education we deliver.
Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
