Cloud Support Engineer - Operations

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner, and a Microsoft managed partner with a high growth ambition and success in both Managed Services and Project Consulting. Seeking a personable and driven Cloud Support Engineer (Operations).

Salary: up to £35k Dependent on Level of experience

Location: Bedfordshire (mixture of onsite & remote working available)

As the successful Cloud Support Engineer (Operations), you will have the following experience:
  • Proven experience within a Cloud Support / Cloud Operations Engineer role (2nd line level)
  • Azure Administration & Microsoft 365 deployment/administration
  • Exchange Management + Support
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Any of the relevant Certifications (highly desirable): M365 Fundamentals MS-900, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administration (AZ-104), MS-230 or MD-100 or MD101, or MS100, MS-101

As the successful Cloud Support Engineer (Operations), you will be responsible for:
  • Proactively monitoring infrastructures, systems, networks and business processes
  • Undertaking investigation and remediation
  • Providing customer communication upon issue identification
  • Continually evaluating, refining alerting and monitoring of solutions
  • Works in collaboration with the Cloud Services Team and Cloud Solution Specialist Team to ensure seamless service transition.
