Full Stack JavaScript Developer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong Node.JS & VueJS development skills to join a growing Fintech Company on a permanent basis.

The Full Stack JavaScript Developer will be developing this Company's various websites and platforms as they support small businesses across the UK.

As well as bringing strong Node.JS & VueJS development capabilities, the Full Stack JavaScript Developer will form a key hire as the plan is to grow the team with more hires within web & software development, something the Full Stack JavaScript Developer will be heavily involved in.

The Company are looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with the following skills:
  • HTML/CSS
  • JavaScript / ES5/6
  • At least one of Vue, Angular, or React (they use Vue 2.x)
  • Unit Testing
  • State management
  • Mobile-First / Responsive Design
  • Node.js
  • Express.js
  • REST/SOAP API's (you won't make SOAP API's, but you'll probably ingest them)
  • Optional exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure (preference on AWS)
  • Good architectural practices when designing systems
  • Relational databases (MySQL / Postgres, etc)
  • NoSQL/KV databases (Mongo, Redis)

This role can be fulfilled on a fully remote basis both now and longer term once the pandemic is over. In addition to a salary range of up to £60,000 comes various Company benefits and importantly, you'll be given all the tools, training and equipment required to succeed in the role!
