Cloud Support Engineer (Remote)

Seeking two 3rd Line Support Engineers - up to £30,000 + Microsoft Certified Training + Shift Allowance (£2,000)

4 days on 4 days off shift pattern (Day shifts only)

As the successful Cloud Support Engineer you will have:
  • Prior experience in a 2nd and 3rd Line role previously, working as part of a busy Service Desk Team
  • Prior MSP (Managed Service Provider) background
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (up to 3rd line level)
  • Microsoft Azure skills
  • All certifications welcomed, Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator Certificates are ideal but not necessary (AZ 104, MS 100/101)
  • Any CSP (Cloud Solutions Provider)/ Licensing experience advantageous
  • A Customer Centric nature
  • The mind set to always be learning
  • Ability to work well as a key member of a close-knit team
  • Ability to work well remotely

As the successful Cloud Support Engineer you will:
  • Be providing 3rd line Support to End Users and Technical Consultants
  • Support on a wide range of Microsoft Products (If it has a Microsoft badge then they support it!)
  • Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 (& Microsoft 365 Admin Centre), Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Teams, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Outlook etc
  • Effectively and efficiently manage critical incidents and you'll build relationships to effectively work with your colleagues, Microsoft and other external suppliers to resolve issues.
