Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

- With this role, as a maintenance engineer you will be tasked with keeping production running efficiently and at optimum performance. You will be responsible for working from the CMMS system to complete ppm's, process work orders and to keep breakdown time to a minimum.
- Mechanically you will be responsible for fault finding, component stripping and rebuilding, swapping like for like, ppm's, breakdown cover and light fabrication.
- You will be responsible for maintaining, conveyors, batching houses, overhead cranes, gantry cranes
- Electrically you will be working on basic fault finding on PLC's, inverters, 3 phase motors, relays, sensors, switches, junction boxes, control panels, power supply.
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills or attributes:
Must have Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance, ideally City & Guild and/or BTEC. It would also be advantageous to hold a full apprenticeship in either Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineering.
Experience within a high-volume manufacturing business and presenting a problem-solving can-do attitude will be key to success.
