Head of Digital Learning, Independent Preparatory School

Location: Hampshire

Start Date: September 2021 or January 2022

Contract: Permanent

Timetable: Full Time

Our client, an Independent preparatory school based in Winchester, is looking for a Head of Digital Learning to join their thriving teaching team.

The school, a prestigious independent preparatory school based in Hampshire has roughly 250 pupils on roll, aged 4-13. The exact date the school was founded remains unknown, but historical records indicate that it dates back to the 7th century.

Tucked away behind Winchester Cathedral, the school is based in a truly beautiful and unique setting. The school boasts excellent academic results but is not just for the intellectual elite; sport, music and art are of paramount importance, with nearly all boys playing a musical instrument and partaking in games out of school hours. Steeped in historic tradition, the school is home to internationally regarded Choristers that make full use of the school's Chapel and feed into Winchester College. Exit results are outstanding at this school, with the majority of pupils feeding into Winchester, and others going to Radley, Eton, Harrow, etc.

There is currently a vacancy to join the school from either September 2021 or January 2022, to join on a full-time contract with the school. Those with experience teaching scholarship and Common Entrance will be of great interest alongside leadership experience.

The salary range is on the school's own generous scale and dependent on skill set, qualifications and experience.
