Supporter Engagement Analytics Manager

Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 pro rata including (ILW) Inner London Weighting where applicable

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supporter Engagement Analytics Manager to join the organisation and align with our Supporter Marketing and Engagement function. You will act as a business partner for the function, helping to shape, manage and deliver strategic analysis projects.
About the role......
The role provides an excellent service by proactively identifying analysis requirements and understanding those requested, managing expectations, gathering, and acting on feedback and communicating and negotiating effectively with all stakeholders. You will engage with stakeholders in the Supporter Marketing and Engagement function on their analysis, reporting and insight demands and generate appreciation for analytics and insight through providing technical leadership of analytics, data manipulation and data communication.
You will plan and undertake analysis projects, performing complex data manipulations and using expert knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques to deliver complex strategic projects identifying areas of opportunity.
What we are looking for....
You have strong analytical and insight experience spanning audience management, customer/supporter loyalty and engagement.
We've outlined our ideal candidate, and we have high expectations, however we are open minded. If you have most of the skills and experience but not all we would still love to hear from you. We would love it if you have a background in digital marketing measurements, providing statistical modelling and monitoring media activity. Ideally you will have worked within the Charity sector, but don't worry it's not essential.
If you have experience of the following this role could be for you....
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to generate demand and appreciation of analytics and insight.
- Providing key insights and knowledge from data/analytical projects which are communicated effectively to a senior audience and used to inform decision-making at an operational and strategic level.
- Delivering and presenting data from a variety of digital marketing and reporting platforms, to produce accurate and meaningful analysis and reporting of campaign performance (inc. channels such as social ads, paid search, and digital display)
- Working with SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Python.
- Identifying areas of opportunity and where to maximise value in terms of marketing activation and more advanced personalisation and targeting.
