Our client is a super cool and progressive technology services business now employing just over 100 people and with a real appetite for growth and a culture to develop career and drive technical excellence across their Support and project teams.
Focussed on building careers through to project delivery and/or high level technical or service roles they are now building out their Apple / macOS support capability as well as their Google and Microsoft provisions too to offer greater capability to their clients which include multiple enterprise customers of c2k seats+.
As the successful Support Desk Engineer you will have;
Prior experience in a Service Desk role, providing support up to 2nd line.
You will be personable and customer-focussed with a passion for technology.
Prior experience managing tickets.
Be comfortable liaising over the phone, email, and face to face.
Technical skills must include a mix of the following (you do not need to have had exposure to all of these):macOS, iOS, G-Suite, Google Workspace, JAMF or Intune, Back Up for macOS, Patching/Release, AV technologies, Apple Device (Mac Book, iMAC, iphone/mobile, tablet/ipad) , Windows10, O365, Exchange and Cisco
