Job Details

As a 2nd / 3rd line helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Servers/Desktops, Routers, Switches, Phones and Printers. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner and to the highest quality both at head office and showrooms via telephone and remote desktop. This is a hands-on role, and will also require 1st line support where required.
