This role will be predominantly remotely based, but we can consider candidates with a base office that is commutable into London. This role is initially a 12 month fixed-term contract

Your future duties and responsibilities

•Ad hoc and weekly analysis into financial anomalies and tracking across multiple coitracts
•Preparation of client facing T&M forecast and actual reporting
•Responsible for PSA, Activities, Assignment, Billing rates, Revenue events, WIP.
•IPT and DSWeb support to IPT owners and the accounts team including actuals, Consolidation and variation analysis.
•Responsible for Client Invoicing, Forecasts, Actuals and Backing data. Manages the internal and client approvals including resolution of queries, ensuring clear audit trails
•Prepares and maintains Internal financial review slides, Communicates and agrees findings in good time prior to the exec reviews and contributes to the Exec reviews as required.
•Preparation of finance data.
•Sox Support to the Accounts team
•Perform and analyse reconciliation between CGI Fiscal Period T&M revenue entitlement; PSA Revenue Recognition; and calendar monthly invoicing accounting for USD:GBP FX fluctuation.
• Manages the financial actuals of change credits and incremental CR's
• Liaises with the change team and planning team to maintains the forecast model (man-days and money) of potential change credit (requested and or planned) vs contracted position
• Prepares and presents summarised financial position of changes for step reviews.
• Supports change manager in client and internal discussions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

The ideal person for this role will have excellent PMO experience working on a large-scale complex Programme and the delivery and maintenance of the range of PMO outputs to provide tracking and visibility of performance against programme deliverables. You must have experience of doing and not just monitoring or implementing of processes. We are looking for a strong, proactive practical and action oriented PMO leadership in a fast moving programme·
You must have experience of working across multiple programmes, within a portfolio setting and the ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing environment
Your Excel experience must be very strong
Experience of working within a consultancy or systems integrator is highly desirable, as is experience of dealing with tricky stakeholders in either the insurance or financial services sector
