Human Factors (HF) engineers support the Human Engineering process by applying specific knowledge and analytical methods covering the full breadth width of the HF skill set to optimise the interaction between the ensure the resulting a system/service and its operator is enabling them to able to fulfil their mission, perform its mission and, achieve its their goals and be supported in it's within the given operational environment. This includes consideration of human characteristics (anthropometry, sensory capabilities, etc.) and the effects of stress, workplace and work station design, display of information and control room and interface design requirement.
