UK Security Risk Manager, Permanent, Warwick

We have an exciting new opportunity for a UK Security Risk Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the energy landscape, Cyber Security, IT, OT & CNI environments.

The role provides an exciting career development opportunity with direct exposure to leadership and stakeholders across the National Grid Group, whilst playing an integral part of our security organisation, refining our risk framework, strategy and maintaining our view of risk under the direction of the Strategic Risk Director.
About you
You will be an established Leader with a background in Cyber Security and Risk Management, and a willingness to challenge programmes, projects and leadership on controls, compliance and security matters.

As the UK Security Risk Manager, you will drive and refine the Security Risk Management Strategy & Risk Framework for the National Grid Group, whilst implementing, managing and refining Information Security Risk Management Frameworks and supporting tools, such as Archer.

You will play a leading role in maintaining, documenting and refining risk assessment, management and monitoring processes and policies, and maintaining and refining our views of Risk Management roles and responsibilities between entities.

You'll regularly work with key internal business entities and security stakeholders to support development of existing continuous monitoring control effectiveness strategy, establish Cyber Security Framework Profiles leveraging the established control framework and support Risk Management Framework activities within the System Development Lifecycle.

Technically, you will have experience implementing and managing Information Security Risk Management Frameworks (i.e. NIST 800-39, 800-37), and hold relevant security risk qualifications such as CRISC, FAIR, with excellent knowledge of Cyber Security within IT or OT (ICS, SCADA, IEC62443.)
