An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Manager within the Covid19 Vaccination Programme based at P&J LIve. The successful candidate will provide a varied support role including day to day management responsibility for the admin & clerical and logistical co-ordinator staff and operational tasks to support the Programme Manager - Workforce Lead. This role will also provide an element of cover for the Duty Manager role at P&J Live during periods of leave.

Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. Direct Management experience of staff and a knowledge of HR Policies and procedures is essential. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this post. Previous knowledge & experience of working within an immunisation programme would be desirable. A knowledge of health & safety would also be advantageous. Use of NHS systems including Datix, SSTS, Boxi, Trakcare, Service Now and the TURAS Vacancy Management Tool would also be desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Proven experience of organising/planning workload, self-motivation in the production and delivery of reports and ability to take own initiative and prioritising tasks are required for this post.
