CPSL Mind is a progressive and collaborative mental health charity, working across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and passionate Project Manager with demonstrable experience in building positive, collaborative and effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; ideally spanning the statutory & voluntary sectors together with the wider community.

If you have experience of creating strong cross-sector partnerships, identifying opportunities, co-producing solutions and finding the resources necessary to facilitate effective, sustainable new projects and services, then we would love to hear from you.

The successful post holder will have worked alongside key community stakeholders ranging from those who access services to those who plan, fund and deliver them. You will take an asset-based approach that recognises the strengths, skills, services and resources already available across South Lincs; and seek to find ways for CPSL Mind to work with others to support the positive mental health and wellbeing of the people of South Lincolnshire.
