Our Milton Keynes client a branded market leader in their field is currently looking to recruit a UK Tax Business Partner / Specialist, to join their business on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will report in to the UK Finance Director and will be responsible for the day to day management of all UK tax obligations. You will also be responsible for providing support, guidance and technical expertise to UK business functions with a view to ensuring compliance obligations are met and opportunities to secure strategic, cash or profit advantages are maximised. The individual will also provide support, as necessary, to the International & Group Tax Director on ad hoc projects across the UK and Europe.
With strong technical, people and project skills, you will be a confident and outgoing CCAB (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIPFA) or CTA Qualified Tax accountant with strong experience and an in depth working knowledge of UK and US Corporation Tax.
In addition and advantageous to this highly visible new opportunity will be a familiarity with SOX control requirements and the support needed for HMRC audits in relations to Corporation Tax.
