About the role - Behaviour Assistant
I am currently working alongside this mainstream secondary school who are currently seeking a Behaviour assistant to join them Asap. The successful candidate will be responsible following up with parents while carrying out any other reasonable duties within the scope of the post as directed by the Headteacher or other senior staff. The behaviour assistant will also be required in taking part in break and lunch time supervision whilst promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate must have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
