My client is a well known leading retailer, who has recently invested to improve standards and continuously expand across the country. They have built their success on a reputation for high standards of presentation, superb customer care, and value for money.

Salary up to £23,000 + Bonus

The Role | Assistant Store Manager
  • Responsible for the daily operations
  • Leading, motivating and directing a customer facing team
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist with the recruitment and team training of new employees
  • Ensuring a high standard of visual presentation of the store
  • Cash handling
  • Ensuring compliance with all company operating standards

To be successful
  • Management experience either gained from Retail, Leisure, Hospitality or Catering background
  • Commercially minded
  • People management and people development experience
  • Hands on approach
  • Motivated, committed, enthusiastic personality!
  • Ability to lead from the front and motivate others
