Service desk Technician - Tier 2
This role is based within the Technical Department as part of the Service desk Support Team and reports directly to the Service desk Manager. The primary job of the Service desk Support team is to respond to customers' requests for support, gather client information and determine the issue by analysing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem.
