Job Details

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled SEND Data Intelligence & Performance Manager to ensure that intelligence and performance for SEND Services is coordinated and comprehensive within one of our local government clients based in London E14.

The SEND Data Intelligence & Performance Manager will facilitate the development of recommendations that lead to decisions that are based on the best possible evidence. They will lead on service review and improvement projects, challenging and supporting services to improve outcomes and aim for the best.

They will prepare and draw on a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence to support service improvement activity, directly presenting it to service stakeholders and providing constructive challenge as appropriate. They will manage the research, collation, capture, storage and publication of evidence and datasets to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
  • Experience of performance and intelligence function in children's services
  • Experience in Education and SEND data
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Automate and Query)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL server
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft R
  • Advanced analytical and numerical methods and work with complex datasets
  • Experience of data protection
  • Advanced communication skills

Candidates will require a Standard DBS Check Certificate
