We are looking for a passionate, flexible, highly motivated, proactive and committed Team Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of workers delivering front line care services to customers, in our community hub service and our community based Personal Assistant service. The post is responsible for ensuring standards of care are of a consistently high standard and to ensure performance issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
As a highly motivated, creative, and practical person you will manage and lead a team of support staff and oversee the day to day running of the service. You will be supporting and responsible to the Service Manager in this role.
You will be expected to work on your own initiative, to ensure the services are well-led whilst ensuring the needs and aspirations of people supported are being met and evidenced. We would expect you to have good communication skills, be able to manage a staff team, enjoy a challenge and be flexible.

We support people within their own homes, in the community and within building - based services. We provide highly flexible, person centred support that focuses on the needs and aspirations of the individual. Our services include personal assistance in the home and to get out and about, supported living ranging from light touch to more intensive 24- hour support, respite short breaks and Community Hubs.
