This is an exciting opportunity for an employment law solicitor who is seeking a new and challenging role in Inverness to work closely with an experienced partner.
The successful Employment Solicitor will be advising and representing businesses and individual clients on a whole range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures and all aspects of discrimination. Protecting businesses and their key personnel against potential claims, whether financial, reputational or personal, will also be a key part of the role.
You should be passionate about employment law, highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. Alongside proven HR and employment law experience, you will also demonstrate a proactive approach as well as the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines. You must be two or more years post qualification to be considered for this role.
