Planning for growth Ethical Power's legal team is now looking to recruit a commercial lawyer to assist with an increasingly demanding and diverse workload for its rapidly expanding ICP company, Ethical Power Connections Ltd.
Working as part of an experienced legal team you will support the independent connections business across all of its operational aspects, involving daily interface with senior members of the Ethical Power Connections teams so as to deliver on our intense and ambitious project construction programme.
This will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of supplier contracts, ICP contracts, T&Cs, battery systems contracts and any other matters the business requires legal support. Additionally there will be opportunity to support the wider Ethical Power business.
You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will have gained 3+ years experience of corporate and/or commercial transactions with the ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and build relationships effectively across the business.
Experience of working within the energy and/or construction sector would also be beneficial however candidates that are passionate about moving into the renewables sector are also encouraged to apply.
