Recruiting on behalf of an International Private Bank for a Credit Administrator to join their team. You will be part of a team of 3, and will be responsible for managing the loan book of the business, predominantly made up of residential property portfolios. Ideally you should have some experience of property lending, as well as a working knowledge of banking and credit systems.
Key Responsibilities; • Daily Limit excess management • Daily Collateral monitoring and control • Management of weekly Credit Committee agenda • Management of Delegated Authority Approval process • Ongoing annual and biennial review of facilities • Instruction of property valuations • General credit administration
Key Experience; • Financial services experience • Knowledge of residential property lending • Previous experience working within Credit • Good communication skills
