A growing business is looking for an experienced Query Resolution Clerk to give crucial credit support to its busy team.

What will it entail?
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Liaising with customers and supply partners to clear outstanding payment issues
  • Assist the Credit Controller to chase some outstanding debt
  • Send copy remittances, statements and invoices
  • Other ad hoc duties

What skills and experience are needed?
  • Previous experience within a sales ledger / credit control
  • Strong software and IT skills, including Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail
