A growing business is looking for an experienced Query Resolution Clerk to give crucial credit support to its busy team.What will it entail?
What skills and experience are needed?
- Statement reconciliations
- Liaising with customers and supply partners to clear outstanding payment issues
- Assist the Credit Controller to chase some outstanding debt
- Send copy remittances, statements and invoices
- Other ad hoc duties
- Previous experience within a sales ledger / credit control
- Strong software and IT skills, including Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
