Conveyancing Services

If you`re a confident communicator with a passion for great customer service then why not join our thriving Conveyancing Services team in Cardiff!

You will be an invaluable member of our team, providing a comprehensive and quality service to both our customers and colleagues following the legal completion of all conveyancing matters in relation to the purchase of residential property.

Key responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently deal with queries from customers
Using the case management system to proactively manage daily workflow, post and e-faxes
Processing and reviewing deeds, files and other documents required
Preparing all forms and letters on the system or generating your own letters
Submitting applications to the Land Registry including first registration and/or changes of ownership
Interpreting the ledger and disbursement screens, redemption, completion statements and invoices
Implementing the Company`s procedures to avoid fraud or negligence and improve performance standards
Working effectively with the off shore post completion team, dealing with escalations and follow on tasks to maximise on productivity and efficiency of post completion tasks
Carrying out other tasks requested by the Post Completion Team Manager

Skills and experience

Ability to deliver excellent service to customers, lawyers and third parties with a good telephone manner
Solid IT skills enabling competent use of a case management system
Ability to attain a sound knowledge of deeds and documents within a conveyancing transaction
Ability to attain a sound knowledge of the Company`s procedures to avoid fraud and negligence
Familiarity with lender exchange and Stars portal would be an advantage
Experience within a conveyancing role would be an advantage
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organised and proactive management of workflow, emails and post
An understanding of ledger entries and invoices
Excellent team working skills
