Country & Capital Property Law are a leading law firm who specialise in high net worth residential property in London and surrounding areas. We are part of the same parent company of some of the most reputable Estate Agents in London to include Hamptons and John D Wood & Co.

About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced and regulated lawyer to work within our high net worth residential property department. You will have sound knowledge of high net worth Residential Conveyancing with particular experience of dealing with Central London properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer wishing to join a thriving law firm where you will have the opportunity to progress your career within this sector.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of residential property conveyancing within a non-volume environment.

We recognise each case is unique and provide a personal and loyal service by focusing on the individual needs of each client and demands of each case.

You will be required to run your own caseload and deal with all transaction types from instruction through to post completion. You will also be confident in your own abilities, working under no supervision and responsible for managing a Legal Assistant to help support your cases.

Your skills and experience

Experience within a similar role including: Property Solicitor/ CILEX/ CLC/ Property Lawyer
Competent of leading a small team, providing direction and technical support where required
Sound knowledge of high net worth Residential Conveyancing.
Competent handling all aspects of Residential Property matters to include Freehold, Leasehold, unregistered, Lease Extensions
Good interpersonal and client skills
Knowledge and understanding of all parts of the Conveyancing process to include complex and technical transactions
Excellent file management and drafting skills are essential
Establishing, maintaining and growing your relationship with our group colleagues such as Hamptons, John D Wood & Co and Capital Private Finance to influence the flow of work is essential
