It's an exciting time to be joining us. Our Talent Acquisition team are ramping up to service our newly combined entities following our recent acquisition by a $500m+ US firm. We'll be almost doubling in size this year and are looking for an experienced in-house technology recruiter.

The Inhouse Talent Recruiter Role:

We’re looking for a minimum of 3 years in-house technology recruitment experience (<5 roles per month) and someone who is able to catch the detail working with both systems and humans while creating an experiential, quality hiring process. You'll be the kind of person that understands your impact at the business level, with our hiring managers and most importantly with our potential new employees.

Exposure to some structured recruitment training at some point in your career will be ideal. You'll have expert candidate management ability but your real motivation is for unearthing what makes human beings tick and creating brilliant matches that drive our business and make for satisfying careers.

Day to Day your role focus will be on:

+ Identifying and qualifying the very best talent available in the market
+ Creating a superb candidate experience and effectively managing applicant pipelines
+ Supporting our hiring managers by surfacing quality information to de-risk every hire
+ Writing differentiating job adverts that drive applicant pipelines
+ Using skilful interviewing techniques focusing on skills, knowledge and values
+ Catching every detail using our collaborative hiring system to make life easy for everyone

We are a forward thinking, service led talent team who collaborative with each other, busy hiring managers, HR and training. We support all our stakeholders with a consultative, time saving, qualitative talent acquisition service.

This role is most suited to someone who enjoys a dynamic pace, anticipates the needs of others before they've been asked and always catches the detail but doesn’t lose sight of the needs of the humans both sides of the table. Above all you'll see recruiting as a "skilled craft" and not a transaction.

About You:

+ Have In-House IT & Technology recruitment experience
+ Are passionate about Personal Development and hungry to always be developing your recruiting skills
+ Have a keen interest in business but like to operate at the intersection of people & technology
+ Are curious about maintaining and analysing your own KPIs on hiring activity to refine your skill
+ Are resilient – can juggle a dozen shifting assignments and still be able to bounce when faced with sudden change, ambiguity or uncontrollable time delays
+ Are a total multitasker – able to manage 7 incoming comms channels with lots of moving parts, people and personalities without dropping balls, but looking out for team members
+ Build trust and rapport easily – being able to create open and positively honest and personable interactions
+ Are a team player and can happily collaborate and influence 2+ people on each assignment
+ Have a sense of humour – can laugh in the face of adversity and support the wider team on overload

Salary & Benefits:

+ Annual Base Salary of £25,000 – £30,000
