We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager

Confidence is key as you lead from the front - coaching and motivating your team to consistently provide exceptional customer experiences whilst ensuring targets are met.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of the store: sales, costs, operations and communications. Team development will be critical as you ensure each member of your team works towards the same overall goal - exceptional customer experiences in turn resulting in commercial success.
You'll be naturally curious, learning more about your team and their specific needs as you help them develop and grow. And you'll be curious with customers too; proactively approaching customers, interacting with them and sharing your opinion to help them make their choices.
Above all you'll be an excellent role model delivering sales through great service as you join the team on the sales floor.What you'll need
The key to success in this role is your experience leading and developing a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience - ideally within a retail environment.
We can teach you about our amazing products and services and provide you with the best possible training to help get you up and running. What we'll need from you is the ability to motivate and engage your team and develop relationships with customers as you keep a close eye on all aspects of the customer experience. You'll have a proven background in proactively coaching teams but also have the ability to drive performance and manage difficult conversations when required.
You will need to have held a similar position before and be comfortable working in a customer and target focused environment.
