Job Details

Leading FS firm requires an ITIL Service Manager / Incident Manager to join a busy service team for a remote role (Edinburgh based normally). Assigned to a particular business unit (e.g. Finance) you will be responsible for managing service incidents as they come up. You'll be tasked with responding to the incident, relationship management across the affected stakeholders, prioritising incident, establish the cause and then collating business impact post fix.
