Director Mergers & Acquisitions
Aon M&A and Transactions solutions is searching for an M&A Director.
AMATS (Aon M&A Transaction Solutions) focuses on M&A activities in private equity companies and strategic players. The team in London consists of over 50 colleagues and you'll work closely with AMATS teams from all over the world. AMATS is thought leader in Risk, Human Capital, Cyber, IP and Transaction Liability insurances. The culture can be described as informal, entrepreneurial and professional.
This role is to lead UK new business development - pre and post transaction (due diligence, carve out transactions and existing portfolio companies (including tenders).
About the Role
The main functions and responsibilities in the job are:
Identify due diligence, carve out and post due diligence Human Capital conversion opportunities working with the Wider AMATS due diligence, transaction liability EMEA teams
Develop pipeline management tools by researching and developing relationship with portfolio companies owned by private equity
Manage and oversee converted clients as extension to local account teams
International experience in a commercial role (EMEA)
HR, Human Capital, Compensation or Benefits related experience
Experience in International Pension and Benefits due diligence
Expertise in Employee Benefits
Language skills: English (a second language is a preference)
