We're looking for a team assistant who is passionate about giving the best possible experience to our amazing supporters. You will be organised and confident at managing multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. You will be great at thinking about how to do things differently, making changes so we become more efficient as a team.
You will be the first point of contact for our supporters fundraising for Anthony Nolan through challenge events, community fundraising and through our products.
Anthony Nolan works to save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant and thanks to the incredible donors on our register, our pioneering research and our passionate fundraisers, we give the chance of life to three people a day.
We want to be there for everyone who needs a transplant; from finding a match, through every step of a patient's transplant journey. And together we can reach the day when we can save the lives of everyone with blood cancer.
Title: Supporter-Led Fundraising Assistant
Division: Engagement Division
Hours: Part time (3 days a week)
Salary: £13,440 per annum (inclusive London weighting)
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Initially remote working (due to Covid-19), normally based at Head Office in Hampstead, London (flexible working location will be considered)
You will be the first point of contact for supporters responding and/or signpost all fundraising enquiries that come in through calls, emails and social media.
You will steward your own group of supporters, taking on rolling events for Anthony Nolan, delivering excellent supporter care.
You will assist on the launch and delivery of fundraising products.
You'll support activities across the Supporter- Led Fundraising team portfolio, including challenge events, community fundraising and fundraising products.
You will process income, thank supporters and coordinate fundraising fulfilment.
And ensure all information is maintained on the database in conjunction with Anthony Nolan procedures.
