The Role - Performance Marketing Manager
A start-up taking the home fitness market by storm are looking to bring in a Performance Marketing Manager to bring paid social and paid search operations in house. Founded in April 2020 the company has achieved great success in the months since their product launch in November. The Performance Marketing Manager will take responsibility for paid search and social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google and will be the go-to person within the company for all things paid media. Budgets are due to quadruple by the end of the year and there is scope for the Performance Marketing Manager to grow the team further too.

The Responsibilities - Performance Marketing Manager
- Plan, build and executive paid campaigns across social and search with an initial focus on Facebook/Instagram and Google
- Be able to report on what does and doesn't work within paid media as the company plans to increase their ad spend four-fold by the end of 2021
- Use Facebook Ad/Business Manager and Google Ad Words to run the paid media campaigns
- Optimal if you are able to run on-site tests (on Shopify) as part of the user flow / funnel optimisations to bring up the CVR / down the CAC
- Optimise all paid media campaigns to improve on key metrics
- Identify new propositions to test and then work with designers to deliver creative solutions that communicate the new thinking
- Able to pull together clear reports from analytics as well as use standard analytics software

The Requirements - Performance Marketing Manager
- 3+ years experience within paid media
- Hands-on experience working with both paid social and paid search across ecommerce
- Experience working within a start-up environment beneficial
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience working with large data sets
- Strong analytic experience, using tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent organisation skills
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills
