Job Details

Job Title: Technical Client Services Executive
Salary: £24,000-25,000 per annum
Location: Hemel Hempstead (mixture of home-based and office-based working)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week


The Company: A progressive Technology Business offering various solutions to a client base that is mixed in size and sector. This role is a key position within the team, where you will need to be tech savvy in order to help onboard & support clients with varying requirements.

The Role:
  • Support clients with various technical queries
  • Using the ticketing system to ensure client cases are resolved according to deadlines
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • As the role progresses, you will also get involved in various project work
  • Liaising with both internal & external teams including programmers, operations, technical & administrative teams
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Demonstrable customer service/client relationship management skills & expertise
  • Technically-minded
  • Ability to demonstrate passion for IT through courses completed, hobbies, previous work history etc.
  • Self-motivated & confident working to deadlines
  • Graduate level or equivalent (ideal but not essential)
  • 3 A-levels or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office & related applications
  • Contact centre experience (Desirable but not essential)
  • Experience using Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Some project management experience
