A global organisation is looking for an experienced Capability Manager
You will lead the development of capability strategies across teams in the UK and globally and ensure the objectives of these strategies achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsible to ensure the strategies are aligned to, and effectively support the delivery of, the global strategic priorities across target Hub and market consumer teams.
Partnering with global SMEs, in collaboration with the relevant Omnichannel, BR & Coaches Capability Building team members.
Key Experience needed for this role:
5+ years of Capability building/Learning & Development and/or managerial experience across Hospitality, Service, Retail & B2B sectors
CSCoad experience/knowledge of development of capability strategies and plans, learning curriculum design, skills programme design, development and deployment across multi market, matrixed teams and audiences
Experience of leading cross functional teams in successfully to deliver projects.
Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across business stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations.
Digital fluency, being at ease with standards and methodologies in online training tools
Proven ability to coach and mentor staff through change, harnessing strengths and abilities to affect positive change outcomes
12 Month contract, home based and London office
