Our Client requires an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis to work in their Bristol office as part of their finance team on an ongoing basis. To be considered for this role you either need to be immediately available or on a short notice period.

Client Details

Our client is a well known retail business in Bristol, based in Avonmouth with a positive working environment. They provide on site parking as well as following Covid-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of all members of staff at all times.


This temporary Credit Controller position will involve the following responsibilities:
  • Chasing high volumes of outstanding debt via telephone and email
  • Cash allocation
  • Supporting the credit control manager on an ad hoc basis
  • Account reconciliations
  • Aged debt reporting
  • Resolving queries
  • Issuing statements and sending invoices to accounts


The successful person for this temporary Credit Controller position based in Avonmouth, Bristol will need to have the following skills:
  • Confident in making high volume outbound calls
  • Professional telephone manner at all times
  • Prior collections experience
  • Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and have a proactive approach to work
  • Can thive in a fast paced environment
  • Team player
