Technical Support Advisor - £19,500 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a leading software company, are looking for a number of Technical Support Advisors to join their Newcastle customer support operation. In this role you will take calls from customers that need your support by triaging their call, running diagnostics, providing technical advice, and ensuring you deliver a positive outcome. You will also help customers to identify solutions and services that best meet their needs.

**This is currently a home-based role that will be reviewed in Q3 this year.

The role:

  • Take accountability for the customers situation, diagnosing problems and creating solutions.
  • Deliver world class customer experience on every calls.
  • Help customer to identity the solutions and services that best meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to be able to add value and understand their future needs.
  • Working hard to understand any app updates and service updates to ensure you can always help your customers.
  • Share best practice and knowledge with your team.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Able to communicate complex information in simple terms.
  • Able to empathise and see the customers point of view.
  • Passionate customer experience.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
