Registered Manager - Northallerton & Thirsk

156 hours per 4 weeks

The Wilf Ward Family Trust is a Yorkshire based charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities and profound needs since 1986.

We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to develop our Supported Living provision across our Northallerton and Thirsk region. Across this region we support 13 individuals living in their own homes to access their community safely and independently, and to live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will be joining the Trust at the beginning of our new three-year strategy. Our focus in the coming years will be to implement Active Support across all that we do, to develop strong and productive relationships, and to be more inclusive. A key part of this role will be to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across the wider Trust.
