An established client of ours is looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join their friendly Support team in Doncaster. The role will predominantly involve providing technical support to users (including hardware, software, phone systems & infrastructure), responding to incoming technical issues and maintaining core IT systems throughout the business.
As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and senior members of the team. Where required, you'll need to escalate issues to relevant teams and liaise with others to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a efficient manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience within IT who's looking to join a progressive company offering fantastic training and development!Technical Experience should involve some of the following:
- Windows 7/10
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Office Suite including 365
- VOIP and Telecommunications support
- Mobile Device Management
- Understanding of Networking
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Excellent communication skills
