As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work with the Product and Sales team to achieve our ambitious revenue and repeat objectives. You will focus on driving GMV for the business, by managing our entire repeat base, which will be the most important driver of growth. You will need to build out a great understanding of our customers and their drivers and motivations to purchase from us. This role will involve a great deal of digging through data and coming up with actionable insights to increase revenue. This role will also involve a lot of cross-functional coordination, since most initiatives will require you to work with other teams within the organization. We serve businesses across different countries - so knowledge of any additional languages will be a plus!

Your responsibilities:
  • Own repeat rates and GMV targets and create plans to achieve the same
  • Understand buyer motivations and drivers, develop a deep understanding of their journey on our website and use data to mine actionable insights
  • Work closely with the product team to run experiments, automate processes that encourage repeat behavior and create new engagement opportunities for buyers on the website
  • Work closely with the supply team to launch new categories to drive business and run campaigns through trade to drive repeats
  • Create A/B testing paradigms to check hypothesis and quickly scale experiments that are successful
  • Create digital properties and features for Creoate to drive revenue on a monthly basis
  • Design promotion campaigns to shape user demand and modify user behavior
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in growth, product marketing, digital marketing, or similar role with a focus on retention and loyalty
  • Experience working with creative teams and marketing channel specialists
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; basic competency in SQL a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, testing platforms, and analytics tools a plus
  • Track record developing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights
  • Ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and with diverse groups, spanning all organisational levels
  • Demonstrable evidence of operating in a fast-growth, high-potential environment with constant change
  • Very comfortable with data
