You'll own projects from start to finish, collaborate with researchers, product managers, designers and developers, and focus on delivering the best possible experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas and work closely with clients to understand their needs. You will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

The role

Client facing: several clients simultaneously

Internal facing: UX, Design and Development teams

Report to: Client Services Director

  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts
  • Create client proposals and project costings (both for existing clients and new business)
  • Manage and track budgets internally
  • Manage small projects within the agency
  • Liaise with Creatives / Development Team / Digital Marketing Team to brief in projects and ensure work is being completed in a timely manner
  • Attend client meetings (all remote at present)
  • Creation of agenda / minutes & actions and weekly status reports for clients
  • Gather client requirements and brief creative and development teams
  • Create and issue monthly client invoices
  • Available for regular and scheduled VC meetings (internal and client)

Must have abilities
  • 5 years+ proven account management experience in a creative agency environment and across Digital / UX / Design / Development projects
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Can manage several accounts simultaneously
  • Manage relationships with senior clients
  • Judge when to escalate issues to directors
  • Manage client expectations
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen in the interests of the agency and client's business
  • Work in a collaborative way that promotes partnership and team-ship
  • Skilful at managing up, down and across the agency
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Fashion / Luxury / Retail / ecommerce experience
  • Working with near- or off-shore development teams

  • GSuite for document creation / sharing

Work location:

UK-based remote working (during COVID), office based (at least part time) post-pandemic
