The successful applicant will have been working in an agency (preferred) or B2B services marketing role for at least the past 5 years and will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding how to market a service business, rather than a product based business.

As Senior Marketing Manager you will create, plan and execute a fully integrated marketing strategy that will support our growth plans to further scale and grow the agency and expand our client portfolio as well as supporting the growth and retention of revenue from our existing clients.

It will be important for you to strike the balance of strategic planning and holistic thinking with hands on doing and implementing which is integral to the success of the role – essentially you won’t be afraid to get stuck in, in fact you will thrive on it!

What we are looking for from you:

+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience of building a B2B brand, ideally in the creative services sector.
+ You will understand how selling services differs from selling products and will have proven experience in building marketing plans for service lead businesses.
+ Amazingly personable! Communication in the lifeblood of our business, your passion will lie in working with people and being able to get the best out of relationships.
+ An existing strong personal network of relevant contacts.
+ Excellent written and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
+ Exceptional organisational skills.
+ Proven experience of crafting compelling content across a variety of platforms, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, blogs, podcasts etc. to tell the world what we do.
+ Experience of dealing with the press and creating PR and speaking opportunities. You will have experience of being one of the voices of the agency in the public forum.
+ Ability to help support the CEO and team in building their personal profiles and finding the appropriate means and channels in which to do this.
+ Tone of voice, you will quickly get under the skin of who we are and what we are about so that you can ensure a consistent voice internally and externally.
+ Experience of planning and implementing industry events.

+ You have a strong track record of leading delivery and overseeing plans to ensure that goals are outcomes are met.
+ Able to balance strategic thinking with the practicality of implementing and doing in an SME environment.
+ Self-sufficient, proactive and resourceful, you naturally take ownership for delivery, from start to finish.
+ You have a keen eye for detail which will ensure consistency over the quality of our content.
+ Ambitious and versatile, you have a constant drive for improvement and are always happy to invest time to deepen your experience and knowledge.
+ You are a team player, able to build effective working relationships and inspire those around you.
+ A creative thinker.
+ You are quick to pick things up and are able to see the bigger picture, with commerciality in mind.
+ Comfortable working with numbers you are able to use analytics to verify and review successes and areas for improvement.
