My client is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS business whose innovative technology helps C-Suite Executives make smarter, faster business decisions. With over 21,000 users engaged on their platform, they work with FTSE 100's, public sector and Government Departments. To help them achieve their stretching growth plans they are looking for an experienced Demand Generation specialist to build a scalable demand strategy to deliver this year's targets and to lay the foundations for future years.

This will be a senior leadership role with initial responsibility for four reports and will focus on (but not limited to):
  • Developing the Demand Generation Strategy for the business
  • Designing and overseeing audience acquisition and nurture programmes from end-to-end
  • Crafting and overseeing strategic outbound programmes
  • Designing a digital strategy
  • Managing and leading the development of the Demand Generation team
  • Work closely with Data teams to develop accurate lead scoring/attrition models - and act on them

We are seeking a Demand Generation specialist with 7+ years relevant experience in a B2B environment, ideally targeting Enterprise and/or C-Suite level and experience in SDR management. You will have a high level of digital competency and understanding of digital marketing strategies, plus a good understanding of demand generation systems. Most importantly, this role is all about innovation, so we're looking for someone with a creative and flexible mindset who is happy to take the existing demand generation rules and adapt them to suit their own vision and style.

On offer is a basic salary of £90K - £120K (dependent on experience), performance bonus and attractive benefits package.
