Job Details

Working within the Finance Projects team, supporting with the administration and organisation of projects, actions, activities, planning and testing.

Client Details

An opportunity to work with a successful team on a range of projects to support and work with the Finance department.

  • Working as part of this team you will get the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects designed to support the entire finance function.
  • Projects range from implementing new Expenses and Billings Systems.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information throughout the business.
  • Monitor project progress and manage issues that may arises
  • Work with 3rd party consultants testing and tracking development progress
  • Work with the Lead of Finance Projects to remove blockers and barriers to ensure progression of project work
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation
  • Attending regular calls with Sage support partner to discuss the progress of projects

  • You will need to be a confident communicator
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt and meet the changing needs of the organisation.
  • Confident System User (MS Office) Sage
